Array ( [sid] => 40541 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Before Depression Sets In [time] => 2004-03-27 18:29:29 [hometext] => This is the third poem i've written about being alone think i'll make some sort of series or something.... Ya right lol [bodytext] => All alone
Having to settle in

All alone
Talking to shadows again

All alone
I don't know where to go

All alone
The times going extremely slow

All alone
It's too quiet for me to think

All alone
Hearing drips from the kitchen sink

I've been through all this before
Yet I still don't know what to do

I don't want me have me here no more
I want someone else to come through

All alone
I wonder if I'll be saved

All alone
I doubt it, maybe another day

All alone
At least it's not dark in here

All alone
Being alone in the dark is my fear

All alone
When I talk to the walls

All alone
I never get a response

I don't know what else to say
I don't know what else to think

I will just wait for tomarrow, today
If I don't get too weak.

Stay strong..... your never alone......and when you think you are just remember that sometimes the people you think dont care are probably the ones that care the most. Beautifully done :)

Repetition really worked in this poem, I loved it. I liked "I will just wait for tomorrow, today." I've felt that way a lot. I already recommended this to one person today, but you should read *****s' "A leaf falls" and then, on an unrelated note, you should know that you are never alone. Somebody cares about you.
