Her blue child rocked
In her warm embrace
Swarming with life

Shining Source
Young green draws on
Her unfailing ardor
To feed its hunger

Beaming Belly Dancer
All of you bask
In her golden veil
That paints your beauty

Warming Goddess
Her believers
Gather in her ardent church
Finding comfort

Yet no envy
In the dark
Only a weak infusion
Of her face

I am the Dark Side
Of her light
I am the inside
Of her out

I am the Dark Lady
In my dim castle
Guarded by the stars
Lodge the creatures of the Night

I am your Dark Companion
In hidden musings
And private wanderings
That cannot bear the light

I am the Dark Reflection
Of your good intentions
Your upright truth
And your clear conscience

I am the true Goddess
In public reviled, but in secret worshipped
For I alone reveal
The true sense of Life [comments] => 9 [counter] => 147 [topic] => 13 [informant] => Hurretje [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 30 [ratings] => 6 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )
