I blame you dad for what you could not do
I blame you mum, for what you could not overcome
I blame you my sister, for the torture I made for myself
I blame you society for the pain I was, and still feel
Please release me, lay the blame somewhere, anywhere
While I think where to lay it, I will live it
Till death.

Yeah, part of finding that key is letting it go. I came to a point where I realized I had to forgive my parents for being who they are more than for anything they did or didn't do. I can feel this.

Well, I guess this shows we sometimes must assume the blame ourselves for our predicaments...right?

We all blame sometimes. The key to overcoming is to live life and find happiness that is the best revenge of all. Don't ever give up.

Enjoyed this poem, immensely... Kie

this is very well written you can feel the emotion in it.. soemtimes we look for anything to blame but its best to let it go or else you can't move on..

Peace and hope

Sad poem. It is not always easy to get even with what life gives us.
I really like this one.

So little written but so much said. This is sad, but it is fabulous. You write with a certain something I have yet to figure out. But it keeps me yearning for more.

The blame game? I have been there. Eventually it won't matter. I have finally forgiven my parents just for being who they are. Hard to work through but worth it. You have explained this with depth and feeling.
