Knowing I can never have him.
My staring taken as unhappiness, but if only you knew,
You would be the unhappy one,
Not he, not I.

I love you but I’m not sure of my feelings,
For him!
Your, everything I’ve ever wanted,
Then he came along. Now I’m confused.
I feel the same for you both.

My staring taken as unhappiness, but if only you knew,
You would be the unhappy one,
Not he, not I.

I care so much for both, as if you were one.
This should not be,
You are single people.
But my heart says one.
This is insane,
How can I feel same about you?

My staring taken as unhappiness, but if only you knew,
You would be the unhappy one,
Not he, not I.

This is my word,
I will never hurt either of you,
You’re both part of my world.
That could not be without both,
Of you!

Good poem, I like it. It shows the confusion and unhappiness the person would be going through.

I LIKED THE REPETITION OF PHRASING IN THIS POEM.... GRABS YOU A LITTLE WITH THE FIRST LINE, "sat there staring at him". SAYS IT ALL. SETS UP THE POEM NICELY. ALSO THOUGHT "my staring taken as unhappiness" SAYS A GREAT DEAL WITH VERY FEW WORDS. THE ETERNAL TRIANGLE. ONE DAY YOU WILL HAVE TO TELL ME HOW THIS CAME OUT.......... BOB
