every moment a living hell

picket fence where i reside
can not pick either side

grass is greener over there
hiding in satans lair

always wanting something more
not waiting by my golden shore

gold and platinum i desire
food and water i require

happy in this very skin
not today its way to thin

Guess what? You are human like the rest of us. I suffer from the same afflictions. I ride the fence alot and I look out onto greener pastures and then I look at my well worn yard! Sort of like champagne dreams on a lesser budget? But then I think you know if I had all the money in the world what would I do with it?

You are having an off day but tomorrow is friday and you'll be beaming with sunshine. Hang in there, okay?

I thought your poem was great..

Kie

I'll have to post my "War" one of these days on the same subject. I know the feeling. You have described it perfectly and simply. Excellent.
