just to stop the pain of loving you,
please make it go away,
please make it go away..
I know I can't have you...
I cried today,
tears of shame,
why should I love you?
why shouldn't I love you?
answer me..
pick me up,
or strike me down..
is it worth this pain?
peel back my skin,
find the ashes..
..all that left of my heart,
I don't think duct tape will work,
but is it even worth a try?
tomorrow will just be the same...

this is my life...

Good writting.
Things change, who knows? maybe things are for the best, or things will turn to make your situation better. I pray and hope you are safe and careful.

So very powerful in so few words.
I should have read your work sooner.
I liked this piece. It was very good.
It shows the pain of loss without being able to let go, at least in the easy sense.

Very heartbreaking poem, full of pain and confusion. You've expressed your emotions in volumes here.

I relate to this, and I'm sure so many people will too. It's beautiful. (I don't know i you meant to do this but....) The lack of capital letters and rules makes it so much more real.... like it's taken everything out of you, and so you haven't got the energy. Brilliant.

Crying and writing...crying and writing. It's like that for a while. This is very good. I especially like the lines about peeling back the skin and finding the ashes. Still rolling, girl.
