A Visit to my dreamland

Last night some fairies came to me
Asked me to join them, in their lands
I was so thrilled, joined them readily
Flew up above the sky, holding their hands
I was in the middle of a paradise
It was like my dream come true
Twinkling stars were waving at me
I could touch the big moon, too
Beautiful fairies were dancing around me
I felt only joy and happiness, everywhere
Forgot all of my sorrows and difficulties
Only wished, for forever, I could stay there
All of a sudden, I was awakened
Slowly, my eyes were wide opened
I was nowhere in any wonderland
But in my dreams, visiting my dreamland
Once more, happiness flew away from me
Leaving behind only trouble and pain
Now all I want is to fall asleep
And to wait for the fairies to come again
