First Lie Given
I wish these feelings would end
They don't; they just continue
And I'm hurt from within
I feel nothing
I know nothing but them
It hurts me in the end
I can't reach above ground
My world is upside down
Nothing remains the same
It changes to the worst favor
I'm stuck wondering
What I could have done
To make it better
Most of the time
My first lie ruins the later life
It's my fault and mine alone
I can't find a way
To keep my loved one
Or to bury my sorrows in the soil
It's more to bury within myself
My burdens grow more
And I'm hiding behind them
To save myself from myself
I'm my own worst enemy
My feelings are the things
That have ruined me
Forever I'm ruined
Because of the first lie given
