her mother didnt care
but no one thought the love theyd give..
was her life theyd spare

she cried her lonely nights aways
trapped deep inside her fears
hoping for her only wish..
just to dissapear

no one knew her propblems
or that something was very wrong
but they all woke up one morning
to find that she was gone

the music was too loud
the pills were on the floor
when all she ever wanted
was to be loved a little more

I was just thinking tonight... about how very much can be going on inside a person - and how no one else knows it. Fortunately, poetry lets some of it leak out...
Very sad... but... the feeling is reconizable to many, I think. When you're feeling this way - it seems like it (the feeling) will never go away... like it's impossible to shake it. But it can get better... it does get better.... it just takes time.

Thanks for sharing this... I'm sure it tugged at the heart of anyone that's been there or is there now.

Brilliamt poem, it made me feel very sad as I read it, if you wanted this to be powerful and hard hitting then you have managed it with ease, well done to you.
