Those times when life just isnt fair
And the pain seems too much to bear
You bring them, and many more
Yet the one who hurts me is the one I adore
When all these troubles, all these pains
Erupt in fire, flow like blood through my veins
I still see you the same although through a haze
I cant find your cold heart in the midst of this maze
I cant see why you broke my heart I dont understand
I guess you couldnt see everything I had planned
I cared for you it seemed more than life itself
You became my purpose, my sole source of wealth
As my heart beat I thought in tune with your own
I found that I was left completely alone
My cries you ignored, my strength you made weak
And still you remain the one thing I seek
Why this turned out so wrong I dont know
Now at the end I dont know where to go
But I will end this pain, I will end this strife
I will learn not to need you in my heart or my life
