People grow, people change and the clock ticks,
Their love gets strong, deeper; their commitment is to the end of time.

Time, sometimes changes our hearts,
The years roll by people grow, people change and wonder where did it go?
Their love cools never noticing the clock that ticks.
Do they stay just because it’s expected and done?
Or is life to short to live without love and having fun?

Time, never stops to check our hearts,
We have grown we have changed and time is running out.
And as I look at the clock I find, my love has stopped.

My watch stopped some time ago and I haven't replaced the battery yet...I realized that I wasn't paying so much attention to what time it was. I was just enjoying life...

MY NAME IS TRISHA AND I AM ONLY TWENTY ONE. I LOVE SOMEONE BUT IT SEEMS LIKE MY HEART GOES AROUND HIM AND THAN WHEN I LOOK ON HOW HE TRECTS ME I SAY DOES HE LOVE ME? I THINK HE DOES BUT THAN AGAIN HE DOESN'T. I KNOW HE WAS MY FIRST EVERY THING BUT DAMN I AM A PERSON WITH FEELS.

It seems to me, i do not have all that much to complain about. But i complain all the more. Even though i can understand what the poem is about, and it is lovely and very well written, i would think, myself that is, that loving with out being loved back would still be worse. And that is what i write about.
Thanks again for showing me this site.

Its about getting with a person u love, then with time people change and grow in different directions. Time passes and before we know it they have nothing in common not even the love that they once shared.
