Array ( [sid] => 5108 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Still Behind! [time] => 2002-10-15 08:30:00 [hometext] => I wrote this for my husband who works hard every day & we are still falling behind. I know theres others that feel this now & again.I just wanted to let my husband know how gratefull I am that hes trying so hard for us to survive & to have things in life. Driving a Semi & owning your own truck has ups & downs as with any job.So this is what I wrote for him to let him know I do understand. [bodytext] => Our relationship is at it's highest, and I feel your warmth everyday,
When I'm down and want to cry,you have encouraging words to say,
Just when we think our life is great,
you tell me the gas bill is runing late,
We can't live on love I know,
So off to work I watch you go,
You work so hard, and we still fall behind,
Will we get through, with out loosing our mind?
The children want this and that, but we tell them NO,
Than they ask"Where did the money go?''
The bills are piled up but thats o.k
we'll get more in the mail the next day,
We're just two people in love,
looking for answers from God above,
The love is there, but the money is gone,
will we keep the house, but for how long?
The phone is ringing off the hook,
Theres nothing left in the check book,
You make sure we have food to eat,
While your driving your semi down the street,
Even though I want you here, to help me get through,
I know your trying, and thats why I love you,
I know financially we will not get by,
Our love will get stronger,to help us survive,
I just want you to know,we'll figure this out some way,
Just to let you know, I love you more today, than yesterday!

That's sweet and yes we all fall behind sometimes but with the love you two share sounds like you can make it through anything...

If you have the love, which you obviously do, you'll find a way through everything else.

Good write
