You sent me away, Because I needed pay, I was poor, I was vurnerable, I was young.
You sent me on an endless quest, To seek something, For your enjoyment, It kind of worked out, Because I needed employment.
Alas I find what is you seek, If I could just take one peek, Inside the box, One look, one glance.
I dare not open the lid, For I remember I was forbid, By you, To lift that lid.
But what could be in there? What's so secret I cannot look? You said I'd perish if I looked, But, its a myth, so, the chance I took.
I open the lid, I fall to the ground as I take my last breath, Instead of dying with my spouse, I die alone, with me and myself.
This really was an endless qeust, Because never to you did I return, So the quest I'm still on, Will never be done, Now that I am gone...
