I find myself laying here once again
Trying to keep my mind from leaving me
Hiding from it all again
Hoping and longing for the sky to greet me
A part of me grows in your hand
A breath of my chest still escapes
And floats into your grasp
A lonely memory lingers in your life
All I can do is watch you walk away
Let part of me die away
Im left here, losing myself
Drifting out this window
Somehow I know Im only dreaming
But will I wake before you go?

Once I stop watching I know
My heat will be clouded
And slip away to you

| You always seem to do a good job in expressing your feelings and emotions. And you get better and better with every write. I too loved the line " A part of me grows in your hand". Superb. |
