I didn't think it would be this way
But now as I sit on the floor
With my back leaning against the door
Thoughts float into my head
About the day i'm finally dead
If i were to die tonight
would you just walk out and shut off the light
Or would stay until my breath
as i slip into a world of death
Would you call a doctor, a paramedic, a nurse
Or would you just sit there and silently curse
I thought that you cared but I was wrong
I bet you won't miss me once I'm gone
Your not home now and won't be for a while
I sit patiently as blood covers the tile
I write my goodbyes in a letter
Because know that soon I'll be better
I lower the razor to my wrist
as i think of everything i will miss
I silently start to cry
but as the last tear falls from my eye
I whisper my last goodbye
