Array ( [sid] => 53097 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Wish Not To Care [time] => 2004-06-21 23:21:10 [hometext] => I've wrote alot of poems about this person. And when I wrote this there was still the slight hope he would be with me. But that never happened... [bodytext] => Wish not to care
I don't want to cry
I hate feeling the only way out is to die
But it is impossible to lie
To my feelings inside
Pretending not to care
That I do not dare
And I cannot help but cry
When you make me want to die
You've hurt me through and through
Torn my broken heart anew
Made me happier than a newly wed
Then in the same day
Nothing more than dead
I cannot help but wonder
Why your doing this to me
Why you've done the things you've done
And why it feels like your killing me
No matter what you do
I know I'll care about you
And as much as I've cried
I still want you deep down inside
And as often as I've felt suicide
I just imagine you by my side
And someday that may be true
Didn't you say to me once

Great poem...I feel honored to be the first to both read and comment to this. I've been there before (that seems to be the line I keep saying in my comments, but it's really true)...it sucks when the person ends up gone for good, but sometimes it's for the best, especially if they treat you like dirt half the time. Anyway, like I said, great poem...I hope to hear more from you!

Only they who done what they did, to use and move on and play, as if nothing happened at all, but then why would we believe them again, we die a little and then move on. To dream of a love without lie.

Excellent poem, thank you for sharing.

Chris
