of broken hearts that bleed, but hope,
your comments help us all to cope,
with understanding, a lifeline rope.
For those who put their thoughts in words,
pleasure, pain and laughter too,
your actions show us, we are like you
share life, sometimes happy, other's blue.
A author or a poet are a special breed
showing others their inner being ....
taking off the cover most are seeing
across the miles, heads shake...agreeing.
So, my friends who write, read and share
know that many of us have been there,
cryed the tears, felt the pain and regret
with a click of a key, our emotions are set.
Our fingers reveal what our hearts are feeling
sometimes sad and angry...other times appealing.
For you my friends, in distant places, though faces unseen
I thank you, today my innerself feels clean.

Thank you, this one really touched me. It's a new experience for me, but I also appreciate knowing there are other writers out there who can appreciate the importance of getting things down in words. Beautiful work.
