hmm.. sumthin i rote after a breakup.. lookin back.. somehow this pome kinda makes those times seem worse.. nah.. but they cant have have been.. c..im still standin.. alone.. but standin..
Surprising that
with these eyes closed
i see much more
than i did before
that isnt me
deep down in ur eyes
im bereft of a place
in that soul of ice
each spoken word
seems filled with vile
"if u love me..."
so much like a ploy
holdin u close
cudnt mattr no more
cuz sumthins come
between us both
hows it that
whats good from afar
can be so far
from good somehow
surprisin u
arnt the one i love
so was i dreamin
with my eyes open??
