Its a beautiful thing
When strangers can act like neighbors
And neighbors act as friends.
Its a beautiful thing
When a helping hand is unexpected
But appreciated not the less.
Its a beautiful thing
When children loved their parents
And parents earn their love.
Its a beautiful thing
Where freedom is a given
And dying for it isn't necessary.
Its a beautiful thing
When families come together
And tragedy isnt involved.
Its a beautiful thing
When the nation stops to remember
Those who gave us beautiful things.
