Many of our fears are of so called 'dark creatures'. But just because a creature runs at night does not necessarily make it evil. Read and draw your own conclusions. [bodytext] => I know the moon is waxing.
Almost full, I cannot wait
Through my veins the thrill is spreading
But we will still hunt tonight.

Mother Nature pulsing through me
I sense her in every beat
It is rippling deep with in me
The ease of Change will tonight come swiftly

By full moon’s light we are running.
In our forms true to nature
Not like wolves, a misconception
Greater in beauty are we than wolves

In our pack we stay together
And do not venture from the woods
To humans we’re no real danger
Another cutting misconception

Moon is setting, dawn approaches
We must go home and rest
Most will skip work tomorrow
We walk among the careless masses.

Oh yes, you think you know us
And how dangerous we can be
Yet, you’re full of false conceptions
Our change is what sets us free. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 1085 [topic] => 13 [informant] => MLCstar [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 20 [ratings] => 4 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

I like this I lived on a trapline when I was young we has a lot of wild wolves around
the spirit of the wild still call to me
I spend a lot of time camping just so I can listen to them at night
Keep up the good work

Creative. a new twist to an old creature. I never thought of them that way. You are talking about warewolves right?
