I'm going to be eighteen
A lot going on in my life
Both things good and bad

I've grown up a lot in these last few months
Graduating high school was one thing
Finding out I am having twins is another
Now I'm engaged to the man I love

I couldn't be happier if I were a princess
For Sean treats me just like a queen
Our lives would be perfect and will be
Once this is taken care of.

The other day I went to the doctor
Been having fevers every night
Since about two months ago.
Went to an infectious disease specialist

He was puzzled and wants to run some tests
But what he thinks it is is a brain tumor
I forgot the name of the syndrome
The tumor is on the pituitary gland

Radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery
Those are my options if I have a tumor
Which none of them I am looking forward to
Oh god, I hope I really don't have a tumor

My life is just starting
What if it is cancerous
What will happen to my babies
I want to live to see them grow up

I've cried every night since I found out
Sean has been there to comfort me
We are both scared but are ready to fight
Please pray for me!

If the tumor can be surgically removed, the probable outcome is fair to good, depending upon whether the entire tumor was removed. I will pray for you and Sean and the babies. Keep faith and never give up hope. A strong positive attitude helps more than you can possibly realize.

Oh dear Natalie,
Life is so full of twist and turns in one's life that the moment we gain happiness it always seems there is something to test the strength we have within. Be strong my dear girl, I pray your life remains happy. Bless Seans heart for standing by the woman he adores. I always believe in the power of prayer, and your situation is no different. May you find strength through the power of prayer. We are all praying for you. God bless...
~angel~ always...godspeed...joni

Hi Sweetie,

This is heart breaking. You have everyone here praying for you. You're a very special and delightful young lady. I wish you had told me this last night. I was shocked when I read your words. This is a very powerful poem. Put all of your power into praying and writing. You will be heard. Everyone hear is thinking and praying. I'll talk to ya later.

~Me~ (it's a ~Me~ day) (because it's you)
