Laying in the dark, with him loving you You cover him softly, releasing his mind His eyes close softly, you are so kind - How can i compare, does it matter what i say? Your filled with water, you rock and sway Bed of comfort what are you like? Is it possible that you do everything right? - Why does he depend on you when he is blue? Is it the way you dont speak? Never saying i love you? Do you kiss him at night, and kiss his cheek? Or is it the way you lay still when he sleeps? - Waterbed when you move, he moves with you Can you make him smile when he needs you? You hold his secrets, angers and fears You hold him real close, and soak up his tears - Tell me bed of comfort how can i be like you? To do wonderful things for him that you do? Do you kiss his lips when he needs a kiss? Is this something i've failed at and missed? - Do you let him feel how warm you are? Do you hold the reflection of the moon and stars?
