[hometext] => this poem is about going home well for me after 14 years of being away its amazing how the earth and the trees remember you.
[bodytext] => The green leaves reach out to me as I walk by, thick trunks breath a sigh as if to empty them selves of my memories stored. Years have gone by they are older now and their wisdom surpasses mine. I breathe in air that is familiar and warm like the touch of my mother’s hand along my hair. Security surrounds me here. I walk upon the soft ground and with each step another sigh releases and I am flooded with fragrant remnants of my past. The hills have grown to mountains and my childish laughter abounds, as I had conquered them once before. The roads twist and turn with promise of adventure and I smile, as I know every bend. For this home that was my beginning is now my end.
