Array ( [sid] => 57362 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Emotional Turmoil [time] => 2004-07-24 00:15:08 [hometext] => I have had to deal with some things that no child should have to deal with from *parents* I try to keep positive, not always possible. [bodytext] => The emotions I'm feeling are making me weak,
I've searched my heart and found a leak.
Parents are supposed to love you not critique,
The outcome of their criticizm, I'm afraid is bleak.

My stomach is sick, all tied up in knots,
My head is hurting from too many thoughts.
I can't seem to sleep from all of your plots,
I feel like I've been run over or maybe even shot.

The emotional turmoil is killing me,
For too many years you've treated my coldly.
This emotional roller coaster is making me empty,
I'm taking a break and I won't feel guilty.

Hopefully one day you will see the error,
You will love me for me and not try to conquer.
I'm now taking off this emotional choker,
All I've ever wanted was someone who would nurture. Good for you, Gay. Sometimes we have to distance ourselves from certain people to maintain our own worth. Just put you and your husband and children first and let them hopefully recognize their wrongs. This happens to so many families. Sad.

Few parents can realise their faults..
My parents are aged 94 and 86..
I and my wife serve them with love..
Even today they try to conquer us..
We always keep patience and adjust
with them..thats my fate......venkat
