The Dance
This ache inside
Eats me alive
This pain just wont subside
This fear of mine
Controls my life and haunts my soul
This fear of you
This fear of me
And of what
We could be
What are we?
What do you want?
And is it me?
So many questions
Trapped within my soul
I cant think straight
I've lost control
Control of my life
Control of my heart
I lost control
Right from the start
I just want to be with you
But also want to pull away
And save my heart
Come what may
Life is a gift
Love is a chance
You can stand and watch
Or join the dance
