Many lay wake late at night,
But not for anxious tremors,
or concious sweat from fright...

No, these are the few who are as so lucky,
To have discovered...
The Secret to Quiet...

It is not the lack of sound,
That they so truly love instead,
But rather, silent makes way,
For the voices in their head...

What they miss,
Is not misssing,
Rather, it is hiding...

The thoughts once drowned,
By a sea of frivolous noise,
Have become the words,
To a song they once enjoyed.

The sound of quiet,
May make no tone,
But instills a moment,
For ideas that've grown.

The sound of quiet,
Is everything you want to hear,
And merely a second,
For the rest to disappear...

The sound of quiet,
Is not a song ,
but a ballad
For your mind to dance upon...

And when you discover,
The Secret to Quiet,
You'll never want to hear another sound...

And when you understand,
The Secret to Quiet,
You'll find, that it's a part of yourself, that you've found...
