Filling up another glass of heart break
And chase it down with my care
Because every drink I take
Gives me less thought that you aren't there
Every second I take to breathe
I blow out a little hope
Because whatever it is thats eating at me
Is what wont let me go
As you take my hand
And bring me to this place
Where we lay in the green sand
To see how each other taste
Some how you seem so kind
And have a usual smile on your face
As your eyes burn through mine
They do more than anything you'll say
But when I look through the book of your life
I don't read my name
