u think that ur alone
and no one knows how u feel
but im right by ur side
though i may just be a ghost to u
a cold drift past ur shoulder
as u start to cry
theres nothing i can do
to make anything change
i see u change
sometimes for the worse
depression sinks over u
like the darkness of death
creeping over ur mind
but slowly i was no longer
just a drifting spirit to u
but a person who listens
a perso who cares
a person to help u smile
ur life began to change again
and u changed with it
making everyday worth while
u now light up a room
instead of bringing it to tears
even when u dont mean to
ur the crazy person
that i care so much about
that i would do anything for
that i love like my blood
and im always right by ur side
no matter what happens
and even if u dont want my help
im always right by ur side

im always there to offer it
i never wanna be a ghost to u again
i never wanna coldy drift by u again

Welcome to YPDC, kes kes! Thanks for sharing this - it is obviously written for someone that is very special to you. I do hope they know how much you care... it would be a shame if they didn't.
I do have one teeny suggestion... i found "u" and "ur" kind of distracting... if they were instead "you" and "your", I think it would make it easier to focus on what you're trying to convey rather than the actual words.
