it has to come out,
all this frustration,
pent up,
has to be let out,
you have to see my intensity,
have to see my rage,
for now there is no other way,
'cause innocent people are getting in the way,
all this anger is sending my mind astray,
I go for walks wishing to get started,
so I can just grin,
and let my anger out smart it,
so it can come out and breath the fresh air,
then roam around town without a care,
not Carin who’s there,
just going and going till nothing is left.

But the person all this hate is directed at,
is typically not there, doesn’t care,
doesn’t want to hear my unbridled words,
too scared to even care,
too busy to make the time,
too frightened to feel,

Frustrated Anger

All this anger,
it has to come out,
all this frustration,
pent up,
has to be let out,
you have to see my intensity,
have to see my rage,
for now there is no other way,
