I woke up, I was somebody else,
I am happy to be alive,
even though, i felt like a part of me has died,
The memories of my past,
has gone away, they did not last,
This loss, shattered my dreams,
lost my self identity,
or so it seems,
I know im different, things has changed,
I know im different, im not the same,
It would be easy to find someone to blame,
In a new world of pain and despair,
I cant help but say that life isnt fair,
I know i act ungrateful, i know i dont care,
But those memories of my past life just isnt there. [comments] => 6 [counter] => 171 [topic] => 13 [informant] => Jenn2004 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )
