of light peircing dark to start a new day
as it starts at the hills and flows down to the plains
it washes away the depression left by the rains

rolling over mountain tops
stretching the light to where it never stops
crossing seas and oceans galore
making the world shine like never before

finally vanishing behind the tree line
stoping the last few moments it shines
Turning the clouds into a golden brown

I quite enjoyed this... I don't know what it is about a sunset that makes me stop and think about my life...... Wish I could say the same about sunrise, but I'm never up...

A great poem...

Jaime
