Array ( [sid] => 6200 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Mother [time] => 2002-11-04 19:30:00 [hometext] => This is one of my favorite poems. I have had some personal experiences with suicide, and i thought this would be a good way to express my feelings, and to let other people who havent felt this way, know what its like. [bodytext] => Dear: Mom,

Im sorry mom, I just couldnt take it anymore, life is to unbearable.
So here I sit here holding this knife, gliding it against my skin, while the soothing chills run up my spine,
Im bleeding now, I can feel the the blood flowing out of my wrist, dripping on the floor,
Every drip i hear i know im that much closer to death,
Dont cry for me mom, smile for me because im not hurting anymore,
Im with god now mom, I see you from afar,
I know your wondering what would posess me to do something so "unlike me",
Well mom here is your answer...
For many years now mother i have had these thoughts of death, but for many years now mother you were to Busy to take a moment out of your day to ask me how I was, or to say I love you...
And that mother brought me to tears, dont think its your fault that i am gone, for its not you i blame,
I NEEDED to do this.
I couldnt handle it anymore.
Many will call it selfishness, some may call it sad , call it what you wanna call it.
For me it was a way to FINALLY end the pain.

Love always and forever:

...i dont know what to say...hmm on the fact of the design i liked how it wa in letter form but meant as a poem right? um this one struck me personally cause ive felt the exact same way so much...noone cares to ask how my day was or if im feeling ok and they most definitely dont say they love me...sometimes i wish i had never been born and theres really nothing that can change it now. but if you still seriously considering killing yourself just remember why youre doing it

OMG I felt your pain in this, I truly hope you are still around to read this! DONT DO IT!!!
Things may look bad now,but they will get better in time I felt like this often when I was a teen, now I'm glad I'm here to see me children grow! They wouldnt be here today If I did that years ago!
Theres always A rainbow at the end of a storm, you just have to find it! God bless! Christina

...a rainbow at the end of a storm? ok maybe but is there a rainbow at the end of an ice age? or a monsoon? lets be honest here...everyone has thought about suicide and the only difference is the occurences right when youre thinking of it....for instance, if your really feelin depressed one day and you decide to call up your friend just to talk and they start making fun of you for calling for no apparent reason and just hang up on you then you go to try and talk to your parents but they are too busy and you sit there crying on your bed but noone comes to see whats wrong...im sorry ill just stop talking im getting too personal

well im not gonna sit here and say dont do it when im strongly considering it myself so just good luck on your journey

I so felt where you were coming from. Just remember that there is always a reason to live. You may not know what it is now, but some day you will figure it out. Don't ever stop looking for the positives in life.
