All others-the nonunderstanders-all have forsaken me. I have been drifting miles upon miles, years on years, in thick cumbersome mists of fallen tears. Will the way out ever be seen?-no maps to follow on, only instinct to exist....upon. - Try to trust it-yourself-your mind; try not to fail THEM,the others. BREATHE SO HARD-must slow down. I know exactly how you feel, nice to see someone else who feels like me at times.

I like how you rhyme the words too.

Loved it. Went to the hospital for siezures, the seizure went into a panic attack, they gave me valium and something else because I had broken out in hives...suddenly I felt as though I couldn't swallow..or breathe..then I was sliding down a tunnel backwards . It was sooo frightening. A nurse came and very sternly said..YOU DON'T NEED TO SWALLOW.! rotflmao...ok...
I know just where this poem comes from and I love it.

I personally have not felt this way... but have a few friends that have panic attacks and have seen the effects firsthand... I can only imagine what it's like... and my imagination doesn't come close I'm sure...

Gee, Laura what an awful feeling, I hope they don't happen all that often. I remember one time when I felt like this, years ago, but it was a one off thing. You wrote this with a great rhythm that captures the reader. Good one!

Aw, Laura. I know this is an older poem but you know I know how it feels.

*ginormous hug*

Nice poem.

Take care,
