[bodytext] => Friends are very much like gold, They stay with you from young to old, They help you walk across the wire, Their friendship time never expires. I can count my friends on one hand, Who have followed me over the land, They have stayed through thick & thin, Not judged, but looked deep within. My friends I hold to me very dear, Although they aren’t always near, But I know that if I ever need my friends, To me their ears & shoulders they’ll lend. True friends are very hard to find, I always keep them in my mind, They have shown me that they really care, Over the years we’ve had so much to share. I treasure my friends they are in my heart, I know that we will never part, There’s a lot of history between us all, They have helped me rise from my falls. My words from deep inside, Without friends my soul would have died, I love you all very dearly, You have all helped me see very clearly.
