if i could i'd rewind time
before the second when ur lips met mine
a heart jus racing how amazing
the feelings that ran through my mind
pause to the point where we
are seconds apart from mouths meeting
the tension that builds
the sweat trickles and i
i can no longer feel pain
let the moment stain my head
breathe! god please don't let me forget
the prelude to the perfect kiss
were the seconds right before he dared
to put his fingers across my face
use his fingertips to trace my lips,
ran his hands through my hair took my mouth
and mesmerized me with the seconds
right before his lips tainted mine.
