Tears fall into an ocean
Everything fell from veiw
As my t.v. screen ripped me into.

Polititions rage out 'bout each other
Stop peddling bull ***
Get off your ego trip, do something!
Too many innocent die, I scream!

There he knelt trembling at his fate.
They chopped off his head,
Eugene Armstrong an innocent man
Helping rebuild their God forsaken land.

Can't stop these tears, oh God!
Send Mr. Bush and Kerry to dual
These evil people trying to rule.
Forget politics let humanity rule!

May God give his luved ones peace

Hey Emy,

pointful poem indeed. I know the war has taken our folks, and our money too, but as I think here why don't we just redo our government back to what it use to be when our founding fathers found it, under morals, values, and even religion too. None of this matters, but back then, during war, it did, now its too technical, too much triggers on who rules, no matter the country..... I can only have faith and faith, might not come in my time, but maybe a 100yrs. from now, but then maybe a world that will matter again of morals, values, all simple things in life to life and what matters. NIce write, and News anymore is only what they want us to see. There is positive things going on in Iraqi, you only need to speak to the soldiers coming back and let them do the speaking for you, and you know the news does not show the good side of what is happening. Just remember that. YOu speak to a Soldier who just came back, aside from living, and war conditions, you will also hear them speak of the good things that are happpening. The News media will not allow this to be seen. Just see your local soldier who just came home, and there lies our faith and prayers.
Amber Rose Yeager.... Have faith Emy, it will prevail, even thru the evil.....

This must of been hard to write. Pray for your leaders that they will keep the people in mind when the make decisions. That is the only advice i can give.

Very moving... The things that happen there are almost beyond my imagination... I feel powerless and it makes me want to scream...
Thanks for sharing thoughts that so many people have...
Hugs,
Hur

I can't think of anything more terrible than to have to wait and know you're going to be murdered in such a fashion.
To be honest as i've got older i'm a bit hardened to life, but images such as this really wrench my heart.
Good work emy.

Oh Emy, what a sad write. Why can't the world just stop and think a minute about what they are doing? I hope for this young man, the Lord will keep his soul safe. *S* Cynthia
