Lumilipas ang panahon
Ngunit hindi ko napapansin
Ang unti- unting paglayo mo sa akin.
Bawat saglit ay dinarama
Ng aking pusong uhaw,
Sabik sa iyong ngiti
Sa bawat salitang banggitin
Ng iyong anghel na labi.
Ano mang gawing pagsamo,
Na mapabagal ang takbo
Ng panahong suwail,
Ay hindi ko na mapigil
Ang unti- unti mong
Paglayo.
Ano nga bang magagawa
Ng hamak na mangingirog
Kung hindi ang magpaalam.
Paalam na panandalian lamang sana.
Maghihintay na lamang
Hanggang sa muling pagtibok ng pagkakataon
Na tayoy magkasamang muli.
Paalam na
Paalam muna.

I wish I knew what your poem says. Maybe next time you can include an English version as well.
