did you feel how my heart could beat?
Grace and innocence
and lost purity in your hands
in your skin
I think there was me
I think there was time
to explain what became mine
with an only,brief look
and a glad,joyful you,
I just stood beside my one
in the light of the latest sun.
I felt peaceful in your arms
nothing seemed to be so far,
so impossible to reach
like a cold and empty beach...
"On that shore
we could make love
but now we're here
and all we've got
is some delicate minutes,
fragile flowers,
concrete fortune."
I felt peaceful in your arms
nothing could tear us apart.
I felt peaceful in your eyes
even if I tried to make them mine.
I felt love, drowned in your kiss
that's not a dream,
but what now I miss,
and I felt sorrow
when I left
cause you stole my virgin breath. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 211 [topic] => 24 [informant] => LostDream [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LoveRemembered )
