Array ( [sid] => 65825 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => superpowers [time] => 2004-10-02 00:39:36 [hometext] => just wrote this one for a [bodytext] => Now listen closely, I don’t do this often, in fact, ive never done it before, but im going to tell you a secret.
A big, important secret, the kind they have on soap operas at noon on Thursdays.
Now, you must keep this to yourself, promise?

Well, I have superpowers.
Oh, and oh they are not your average superpowers. No,no,no these are very special powers of mine you see,
I can give you such pleasure, such ecstasy, even such joy to make you SHRIEK in public, in front of your parents, your proffesors, your grocery clerk, your… childhood pediatrician.
And all this I can do, with just one effortless clap of my hands.

These hands, yes these, are the most powerful in the world. Sometimes, I go to the library, just to see what happens.
I stand close to the Cds and pretend im listening to music, I clap, ever so slightly and it begins.
Heavy breathing from the man behind me. I clap again, and what’s this? Perhaps a moan?
Should I be so cruel as to continue with this twisted game?
Methinks it a splendid idea…..so I start again, clapping, more and more rapidly until the man runs to the restroom, one hand on his crotch the other speedily dialing his home number to his wife, fumbling about the keypad in an attempt to release the…pressure.
Or, only once in a while, ever so often, I go to a symphony.
I go to those symphonies and for those few hours, I am GOD.

And every time I gave applause, you would hear muffled screams of pleasure from the people around me, waves of orgasmic sounds rushing all the way to the back door of the theatre, all because I….have…the…power.

Oh I know, it seems unbelievable, unreal, even completely insane,
That I, a simple woman, should hold such leverage, such ability in these ink-stained, chubby little chewed on fingers. Ah but it ‘tis true, I tell you, quite true and even now as I sit here, tapping the counter top oh so lightly, I see you twitch and twist, wondering what that strange yet lovely sensation this is.

Aaah but i will tell you, the one thing i wish for more than anything in the world, the one event i must attend before i die, the thing i think about constantly as i sit in my room alone.
oh if only you knew how many times i have thought to myself,
"If only I could make it to the academy awards!"

Excellent, I think I get what you're writing about, female sexual control of males?

If so you hit it on the proverbial head.
