She knew this was the end…
No more she thought, she would miss him dearly but deep down she knew this would happen.
She loved him greatly but she knew it was never meant to be.
Never had she hurt this much…
Never had she held so much pain in her heart, she tried to be happy that it was over…
Oh how she tried.
She knew it was useless…
She closed her eyes as she remembered how she tried to push him away because she knew she would soon be hurt…
Oh how she had been hurt so many times before, but he insisted on taking her hand in his, and gently pulling her along the path…
Making her laugh and smile and how she had that twinkle in her eyes…
Oh how those eyes were so beautiful…
She remember how he had told her when he saw those eyes he died.
Oh how he had died so many times…
She felt tears begin to fall down her beautiful silk cheeks; She felt she had died with him…
She remember when they were standing under the weeping willow and he had said he loved her…
Oh those beautiful words…
She had begun to cry then too, she thought this is too good to be true.
She had loved him more than love.
As she opened her eyes, she looked down and whispered her last “I Love You” and “Good-Bye my love”.
With that she turned and left his grave, with one single white rose…
