Array ( [sid] => 67555 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Fake [time] => 2004-10-15 13:57:35 [hometext] => This poem is dedicated to those who choose to hide the honest them.... and instead shadow others because they fear that people will dislike them. [bodytext] => It’s just a face, a veneer hiding who you are
What is it that you fear, that you’ll be judged bizarre?

Are you afraid to lose your place in life?
As Ms. All-that, Ms. Perfect, Ms. You-wish-you-were-me, Ms. Right?

If people hid who they were, life would be unsharpened, boring, and dull
So don’t hide your thoughts where no one can find them, or where you store them will soon be full

And what happens when where you store your thoughts is used up and there’s no more room? Will you let your feelings show, let them out abruptly, without warning, with a BOOM?!

Let this be a lesson...
If people chose to be someone fake, life would boring, dull, and bland
So don’t sit there and be someone you’re not, get up and take a stand!
