And remember

How I had you once

Now just a picture in an aged frame

Everything in it grey

But I see you here

And one thing’s unchanged

Yours eyes are still an aurora

Of a thousand shades of green

I can't fight this

I want you too much

To not have you today

I do love you

Never think I don't

No matter what happens

No matter what I may do

I’m not forever

But that one thing is

But I have to let go of you

Silk sheets catch cold fast

Our bodies could not warm them

They reek of you

I wash them and they still do

I do not sleep in that bed anymore
