he used to be ma friend..
made me happy and smile...for a while
he gave me comfort and hope
protected me from pain..
stopped me going insane..
i was so close to him..for 2 long
wot did he do..i say to ma self..
just looked in the mirror
wot did i see
some stranger so fat..that shudnt be me
he changed how i looked..
made me feel hooked.
made me get hurt..
gave me the pain..
well.. neva again
i changed all things
and turned him around
like a mouse in a house
without even a sound
hes ma worst nightmare now
i fear him so much
dont want to eat him
or in ma mouth touch
or feel his way..i want to say
iam so afraid of him..
he wants me to sin
he wants to be there
and make me so scared
he hides in ma cupboards
i feel him all round
i hide in the corner
try to not make a sound
he encourages ma family
ma friends and ma kid
they all are his friends
he makes me so sick
i distance myself between
him every day
i say in ma hed
plz just go away
i wont let him hurt me
like he did b4
i wont let him near me
he wont gain a score
am stronger than him
i can show him ill fight
ill try all the time
with all of ma might
now im in control
i can show him ill win
hell neva get hold of me
and make me sin
i smile to myself
cos he wil be gone
forever in ma life
and i will have won
so dont say hello
i know wots your game..
you wont beat me "food"
i know wots yr game
so dont try to scare me
cos it really dont work
ur over and finished
goodbye to ma world

I really like this piece..
I think the flow's pretty good with a very fitting conversational-style to it.
I just want to say thanks for sharing and a very warm welcome to YPDC, I hope you have lots of good times on here.. :)
