Where were you when
I searched you
in the sunset
of a velvet rose?
I could turn
my sadness
into song and poem,
my freedom
into seagulls flies
over boundless oceans
in storm.
Where were you?
Where were you when
I saw myself
in the mirror,
bleeding and screaming
your name
to the dead stars?
I could tease myself,
fool my mind
and kill
in an only moment
that smile
of fire
those looks
of wood
and those small hands
that brushed
in an only gesture
mine.
Where were you?
Where were you when
I defied
a thousand dangers
and overpassed
the frontiers of my
difficult shiness
whispering to you
I LOVE YOU...? [comments] => 2 [counter] => 153 [topic] => 22 [informant] => LostDream [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 11 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )
