on this dreary day,
I stuck my head out the window
I was in total dismay.

Parents outside laughing
at a mother and her son,
a child showing affection
laughs from everyone.

There's nothing wrong with that
people are very cruel,
grown-ups should learn how to grow up
things like that are uncool.

The child gave his mother
a hug and kept kissing her on the cheek,
"They act like they're married," someone said
I thought, "Grrr, ya damn creep!"

If someone said
something like that about you,
tell me....
what would you do?

People Are Cruel

Kids waiting for the school bus
on this dreary day,
I stuck my head out the window
I was in total dismay.

Parents outside laughing
at a mother and her son,
a child showing affection
laughs from everyone.

There's nothing wrong with that
people are very cruel,
grown-ups should learn how to grow up
things like that are uncool.

The child gave his mother

people are cruel. great write..sometimes I have to bite my tongue.. I don't like most people much. I like dogs..they bite. rotflmao..

I often recieve ignorant stares and abuse when my son makes a scene (he is autistic)
People are cruel and ignorant. O liked this poem, very well written.

I wholeheartedly agree... yes... ppl are cruel... heartless... unfeeling... and some are very uncompassionate toward their fellow human beings... y? I dunno... if u figure it out let me know...
These are my feeling exactly these days... I... also... hae written a few poems dealing with his subject...
