[time] => 2004-11-03 18:36:29 [hometext] => This one again is to Joey… Please read and leave comments, and bare with me for it is long. I would really appreciate it if you would leave me comments and let me know how to correct it if it is stupid or wrong. Thank you again for reading and commenting [bodytext] => I know you hate me, but I must ask
Would you be happier if I just died?
If you never saw my striking green eyes or my smile.
If my presence never lingered after you left?
If you could never see me would that make you happy?
I would love to make you happy.
All these nights I’ve tried and tired to call you,
Just to hear your voice mail with another thought of
“Oh Damn”
When you don’t answer.
It ***** kills me that you hate me.
Would it make you happy if I never came to your shows and watched you play hoping you would notice me?
Staring at you,
Silently crying to myself after you left or walked by giving me another go-to-hell look.
Would it make you happy to know I’m slowly dieing, as you are slowly slipping out of my reach?
Would you be slightly depressed to know I still hope for the day we can go out to the lake and look at the stars or that every night I look up at the stars and find yours,
And silently wish to myself that you would actually care.
Does it even bother you that I look at you in the halls?
Wishing for you to hug me and ever so slightly to pull on my hair.
Damn it.
I’ve told you so many times I’m sorry I’ve tried again and again
But I don’t even think you notice I’m sorry.
I wish you would at least talk to me for five minutes to realize the fact that I’m sorry and I really do care
I know this isn’t enough for you.
It probably will never be.
This is why I’m asking if you would be happy if I died.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
