[hometext] => This poem is dedicated to my b/f Ken, who brought genuine laughter back into my life.
[bodytext] => My muse comes to me in the form of a rose The color I see as deepening red How much inspiration comes from a dozen? A dozen with a name written upon each one For only my eyes to read The name that brings out my smile And brightens my heart My muse comes to me in the form of a man And eyes that always hold my gaze Inspiration is his voice whispering Like the soft, cool breeze Could a creature of such perfection Exist upon the physical plane? It's true, for I have seen it My muse comes to me in the form of life And all it has to offer me The future is bright as I now see Past, present, future, and everything between I learn from it all And I'm not longer walking alone.
