and you my dear
the puppeter
holding my strings
as i dance
But not tonight
you will get no show
because
I dont need you anymore
I can hold my own strings now
I will dance when I want
control my own life
doing what I want
Now you are the puppet
And I the puppeter
how do you like it?
and you
can not shed a tear
as they jeer and laugh
all eyes on you
And I control the strings
and you do a little jig
I sit above you
and laugh
as you have
so many times before
How do you like it now?
still think its funny?
now your on the otherside
As I make you the fool
cause I am the puppet
no more

Without sounding overly-enthusiastic, I really like this one. I'm approaching this one from an ex-relationship angle (sue me if i'm wrong), and it works very well. I can just imagine the pain on said ex's face, trying to do anything to win you back . . .

Enjoyable read.

Keep writing, VK.

The strings were finally cut, and you are no longer the slave of the Master, no longer the helpless marionette... I truly loved this piece! Such intense emotion and loathing! Loved it! I know how you feel, I have gone through it myself. Glad you have finally taken charge, and shown them what it's really like on the otherside... Thank you so much for sharing! I enjoyed it very much. Forever,

FleurdeSang
