Don't lie
don't say a word
i know it's true
and it's ok
if you don't know me
why do you want me to stay
i love you
is just
something you say...
I don't know everything
but i know that this is so wrong
of me
to kept love in my heart
and it shouldn't be
any more
How can you say
all those words to me
they stabbed deeper
than any knife'll cut me
and i don't care
how mad I get you
I wouldn't call you that...
that I wouldn't do
So i stand here with my shadow
it never left me
but you did you did
and so it's only right of me
put close our love with a lid
so I'll say goodbye
And I'll care if you cry
but you can keep my heart
since you, you hold the key
I still can't believe
that you said those things to me
but if you truely think
that for a whole year
that I lied every time
when I said I loved you
and I still do...
You don't deserve my heart

| Ouch. I liked the way you kind of addressed the whole idea of sincerity, and I myself really like this topic (in fact, I wrote a poem about it : D ), but neways this was a nice poem to read, and so far I've read 3 of ur poems @ once, and i've never had one upset yet. You've got chops, and great work too! |
