[hometext] => Who knew cards could be so depressing.
[bodytext] => Life had dealt him a lousy hand. As the cards came his way, he couldn't get it off his mind. He glanced at the faces. A king, a queen and two jacks. He touched the queen gently. He didn't want to let her go. Her unforgiving gaze went with him, the heart an ironic joke. The uncaring blankness followed, until the very moment he gave her up. The jacks would have to go, too. Of course they'd want to be with their queen. They were his hand, they meant everything to him, he'd be lost without their assurance. He waited for fresh cards. And waited. waited. But they never came. No more queens, no other kings, aces, or jacks. He stared at the king. All alone. Solitaire. He left his card, by his wedding ring. And he left this world, a suicide king.
